We are having trouble communicating from the robot to the dashboard, using any of the UDP ports and the TCP ports.
Any suggestions?

My standard suggestion for any problem like this: give some details. Tell us what you're trying to do, how you're doing it, what you expect to happen, and what happens instead.

Since this is probably a software issue, it would help for you to show us your code, on both the sending and receiving sides.
