Hi All,

Panthrobotics is proud to announce that it will tentatively be hosting the first off-season event in the Baton Rouge, Louisiana area on the weekend of August 24th, 2013. We are hosting it late enough for teams to use it as a recruiting tool for new members. This is, as we are finding out a large undertaking and we are looking for one or two other teams that may want to partner with us in organizing the event - even if you are not in the Baton Rouge area.

We plan on having space for 24 teams. Registration costs are estimated to run at $200.00 per team early-bird and $250.00 per team regular. These are all of the details we have as of now.

The DiscoBots should be able to help out with archiving or webcasting the event.

We could even bring our robot but we will definitely help out if you need assistance.

I might be able to get our gyms to use if that's an issue.
We could use one for pits and one for competition.

That would be great to get some out-of-town teams to join in and add to the competition. If any teams from out-of-state need some help with lodging and such, I'd be glad to help out.

Hi all,

The Red Stick Rumble website will be up and running in five days. By then we will have dates set and the venue announced. Just a teaser to our Bayou friends. . . It looks like some of our good friends on the volunteer side will be there.
