[Division Notifier] Text Alert for Divisions

For my lastest boondoggle, I built Division Notifier (http://divisions.frcmega.com).

Division Notifier is pretty straight forward - it'll text you what field your favorite team is playing on the second divisions are released. No more pressing the F5 key to refresh the various pages.

Canada will probably work, no guarantees on anywhere else.

Edit: Israel and Mexico for sure aren't going to work, since they don't have a country code of 1

Is it an SMS or an MMS. Google Voice numbers only do SMS.

It'll work if your country code is 1 - so US and Canada. Sorry, Mexico/Israel. Maybe next year...
