Hey everyone!

On Tuesday, April 23rd at 9PM EST Mike and I will be hosting one of our favorite episodes of the season, our Championship Preview show.

Like previous years, we'll be having division experts on LIVE to talk about their respective divisions. We are still looking for experts. You do not have to be in the division you're talking about. I understand some may not want to tip their hands strategically. If you're interested, let us know.

Division Experts
Curie- Aaron Koscielski from 772
Archimedes- Jim Zondag from 33
Newton- Tyler Olds from 2826
Galileo- Anupam Goli from 1648

As per usual, we love discussing viewer generated topics. If you have something you think would make for a great discussion, please let us know!

Also, our Spreadshirt shop has been updated with some new stuff with more on the way! Keep an eye out soon for the 2013 Final Rankings Tshirt.

We will be giving away prizes on the show if we can get to 340 viewers so please help us spread the word and keep an eye on this thread as we update who the division experts will be!

I talked to Mike earlier and I will be doing Curie. Already have 95% of it done so I hope that doesn't change :P

I am also curious about this title. Looking forward to hearing from Jim Zondag and Aaron!

The "division expert" is someone who volunteers to analyze all the teams (what they have accomplished in the season, robot specs) in a division and give an opinion based on this analysis on how the division will play out, what teams to watch, dark horses...etc. I believe that's the gist of it.

Are you hitting the surface of a good number of the teams or going in depth on just the top teams for Curie?

I'm very excited for this episode as well, and very curious as to what each division expert will have to say.

Here's how the FRC top 25 breakdown in the divisions:
8 are in Archimedes: #4 254, #6 987, #7 469, #8 33, #15 868, #19 2590, #21 11, #25 1334...
7 are in Galileo: #1 1114, #5 118, #10 610, #14 1477, #16 111, #22 1806, #24 2169...
6 are in Curie: #2 2056, #9 1717, #11 67, #12 148, #13 359, #17 1310...
3 are in Newton: #3 1986, #18 341, #20 1718.
#23 624 is not attending champs.

Good luck to all in the upcoming week. I'm sure we'll see a number of great matches and a lot of surprises :yikes:

I have teams that i will talk about their robot a bit and also teams that have had a good looking record or won a regional/district. I will also be looking at facts about the division, good looking rookies, and some personal predictions for the division.
Is there something else I should touch on?
Of course I can't look at every team on the division but I will do my best to talk about teams that should be recognized.

I almost got in trouble for being on Chief Delphi in school because of this. Apparently having a 6-minute laughing fit isn't normal when working in Photoshop, and my teacher thought something was up.
