Basically, on May 15th info will be posted. Teams will have to submit a 2 minute video that best conveys their "story". It can be the team, an individual, or anything eslse. They will be shown/highlighted on the FIRST homepage or something, I think.

I think it's a great idea, it gives us a way to learn something new about each and every team who submits. How cool is that?

I may be wrong, but I think it was more geared towards the inspirational part of our stories.

The long and the short is that teams decide what the "most compelling story they want to tell" or something like that. Maybe you are really proud of your FLL tournament. Maybe there is a kid or two whose lives were obviously changed by the program. Maybe you want to show how excited your students are about strategy and scouting.
Make it with enthusiasm and make it about what you love in FIRST the most; that's how you make it loud.

Thanks. One thing I don't see is the deadline...or am I just missing something?

I don't see the need for a deadline. There's no reason one couldn't submit multiple stories either.

No deadline needed, these stories are meant to inspire and to Make It Loud. Regardless of when a good story is submitted, it should still accomplish those objectives.

I was under the impression that FIRST was going to create a compilation of the best ones themselves. I heard it at some point during Dean's speech, but maybe I got this wrong. Thoughts?
