This article appeared in today's Times newspaper which serves Northwest Indiana and the South Chicago area. The article was written by Katie Goodrich who is a member of Team #71, Team Hammond, and also is a member of the Times newspaper Young Voices Editorial Board.

Short, sweet, and to the point. It encompassed every part of FIRST without dragging on about one thing or another. I will definitely pass this on to everyone I can think of. I hope we see more FIRST news articles of just more "mainstream" coverage of it. No offense to CD, but people outside of FIRST really don't go here. Anytime we can talk about FIRST in the "mainstream" media will only help!
