Generation Infocus (GI) is a science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) focused After school and Summer program.This summer GI is hosting Zero Robotics competition at our site to bring the awareness and the importance of computer programming to the middle school students.
Zero Robotics competition -
Location : Dekalb Preparatory Academy
1402 Austin Drive, Decatur
GA 30032
Duration of the camp - June 17th – July 27th .
There is a Zero Robotics All Site Field Day @ Georgia Tech on June 24 or 25, 2013.
ZERO ROBOTICS CAMP Highlights :
- The Zero Robotics Competition is offered in conjunction with Georgia Tech, MIT, NASA and additional technology savvy sponsors.
- At the end of the Summer program, participants will get to see the SPHERES in space via a live feed and have a conversation with the astronauts
- This is the first pilot year that Zero Robotics SPHERES will be implemented by after school programs in the state of Georgia.
Space is limited to 20 students!
