I wasn't able to post about it on it's actual upload date due to Chief Delphi being down (I'm sure you've all heard a ton of complaining.)

Last week I did a spotlight video for team 67, The HOT Team. This week I did team 1986, Team Titanium. I'll be trying to make a spotlight video every week on Monday.

You can check out the video here (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q_LA_VoyicE), and also look at the previous 2 spotlight videos under the same channel (http://www.youtube.com/user/MyBestFriendsaRobot).

It’s an honor to be spotlighted next to world championship teams like 987 and 67. We’ve been fortunate to catch some excellence in our pursuit of perfection here lately.

Our PR team did an excellent job of promoting our successes this year, and while the video evidence shows near perfection in our autonomous, those attending a tournament with us know we did miss at times. The 5 disc auto from the wing (picking up the center-line discs) was something our programming team added just for Championships. It was cool to see their extra work pay off during the elimination rounds.

The students will be blown away by your video description. Team 1986 is an FRC team from Lee Summit, MO that is close to unstoppable. Their Juggernaut position in the FIRST world has earned them a spot on FRC Top 25 several times, and their robots stand as great examples of what successful robots from a certain year looked like.

Definitely a team that deserves the recognition. One that I've always looked up to, and I make sure to point out how polished their robots are, and some of the small, creative tricks they've used for different mechanisms. Congrats guys!

I'm glad this was the team chosen for a spotlight. Not only did they do a great job, they really work hard to provide any help they can to teams that need it at copmpetitions. Props!

Aw, shucks..... you showed the auto where four of our alliance shots missed or bounced out of the goal. Not 90 points, but there were 15 shots! :D

I really like this series. The narration is miles better then most of the amateur narration you hear on youtube. You may want to turn up the volume on your voice though, sometimes it's hard to hear. Congrat to 1986 for making the spotlight, really glad we got to play with you in 2012, really bummed about losing those elims by one point though. :(
