Chief Delphi IRC Channel

I registered #chief-delphi on Freenode, so now there's an IRC channel being held. (Yay!) I don't know how much interest there is, so I'll probably drop it if nobody uses it. If someone has the time/want to moderate the channel (I'm a bit stretched), I'm be glad to pass over the ChanServ permissions.

I highly suggest searching previous posts before starting a new thread. There is a very underused FRC IRC channel on freenode, so I doubt anyone would go for a CD one if the FRC one is neglected.
