Works fine for me as well; I've accessed a few times over the past few days.
Is it possible that your organization's firewall has blocked access? You may wish to check with your IT experts/providers.
Interesting I've accessed 9 years without any problem

try typing "https://" before the "www.usfirst.org". Whenever chrome does that to me that's usually a fix.
If you can't get access to the documents I'm sure somebody would be happy to send them to you via google drive or some alternative. Just PM me if you need to!
Also, seeing as you are from Israel, if it is some sort of region block you can install the chrome extension "Media Hint" which removes region blocks like that on things such as netflix, hulu plus, etc. Not 100% sure if it would work in this situation but I don't see why it wouldn't.

go to a command prompt and run "nslookup www.usfirst.org" and post the results.

That doesn't look anything like what I expect. Either something is really messed with your DNS, or something else happened. Are you sure you ran nslookup from the command line in windows? See here for an example: http://blog.thesysadmins.co.uk/nslookup-common-usage-examples.html
Try going to http://50.203.193.66
Works for me, and I'm from Israel too...

Joe wanted you to type the nslookup usfirst.org command into a DOS command prompt. It looks to me like you used a web browser and ended up at the dnstoolkit.net site instead.
