AP configuration Tool

IS there a Access Point configuration Tool in FRC2014 DVD or NI Update. Cant seem to find it. is it seperate download?

Taken from the WPI 2014 Control System reference:
The FRC Bridge Configuration Utility is installed with the NI FRC Update. If you have not already installed this update see the Installing the 2014 NI FRC NI Update article for details.

just found it, for some reason it created shortcuts for Crio and Axis Camera configuration tools not for AP, had to find in the installation directory. It did this on both windows 7 and windows 8.1 OS computer on both 32bit & 64bit versions
