Hello Chief Delphi,
I figured it would be fun for people to commit their team handbooks to this GitHub Repository:
https://github.com/FRCTeam1073-TheForceTeam/FIRSTHandbooks
The intent for this is to serve as a convenient resource for new teams, as well as an interesting snapshot at how FRC was at any particular year. If you fork the repository and commit your own handbook, submit a pull request and I'll happily merge it back in.
