Re-imaging Help

I am getting this error while trying to re-image the classmate E9.

I used this image and followed the instructions but, it still won't work.

UPDATE 1/3/14: We discovered an error with the E09 Classmate Image. While we fix the image, here's a document (http://www.usfirst.org/sites/default/files/uploadedImages/Robotics_Programs/FRC/Game_and_Season__Info/2014/E09_Image_Rework_Instructions.pdf) on how you can correct the issue.
