Hello All
We at the Central Illinois Regional Planning Committee are excited to be holding our first Regional in a cool 76,000 sq ft inflated dome - the Avanti's Dome - on Week 1 of the Regionals on February 27, 28 and March 1st in Pekin, IL (about 100 miles south of Chicago).
We are conducting a Poster Contest whereby attending Teams make posters, kinda like the Circus Posters of years past, that we will use to blanket the Media and Central Illinois businesses and gathering places with the Regional time and place.
I thought maybe other Teams that aren't a part of the Central Illinois Regional might want to make posters for their Regionals for use in their cities to get the word out to the Public about the Regionals their Teams are attending.
Never know...you might just pick up a few much needed Sponsors along the way, too!
I suggest your team designs posters and put them in the windows of as many local businesses, post offfices, bulletin boards in grocery stores, laundromats, any place you can!
Get a local printer to print them out for free, too, if you can.

Aerial Assist is going to be a GREAT competition for 2014!!
