I just updated my cRIO to the newest version that came with the NI update and i rebooted the robot. I uploaded the same code that i used on v47 of the crio java software, but now the robot doesn't activate my talons but it will click when i press the button for a solenoid. Has anybody else encountered this, it worked fine before but after updating the cRIO it no longer sends signal to my talons. Did some essential feature change in the new WPI libs for talons?
Any input would be much appreciated!

I didn't see any changes that should change the way Talons work.
What does the LED on the Talons do? Do they work in test mode? Did you update to the new driver station?

I have driver station version 01.04.14.00, I will check out testmode shortly, but talons only do not work in auto or teleop, the solenoids still click when i press the button.
EDIT: Well talked with electrical and they found a slightly loose fuse that they didnt put back in properly, sorry for any trouble!
