So I am having a strange problem when trying to download code over wifi to the crio using Java and Netbeans 7.4.

When I start downloading code, it tells me my netmask is 255.255.255.254, which I made sure numerous times that it is not. However, it downloads the code about 3 to 4 times in a row with succession. Then on the 4th or 5th try it stops at the "netmask" output and I am forced to restart the robot since I can no longer connect to it.

Downloading code over Ethernet works fine and so does connecting to the robot via wifi to drive (without downloading code). I have disabled my firewalls.

We have three identical laptops and have this same problem on one of them. Exactly as you say. Downloads code fine when wired. Gives us this goofy net mask when we are wireless. Would love to know a solution. Will post if we find one.

Is your router configured properly? Also do you have the proper static IP configured on the computer?

I have reconfigured my router numerous times and I can connect to it fine for just driving and downloading code a couple of times. The static ip is also correct.
