SOLUTION:
Okay so after alot of frustration I tried Cecil's answer and it worked!

Remember that after imaging in safe mode, you must bring it out of safe mode and image it again for it to work correctly. If you are using the default code (at least in LabVIEW), there aren't any Spike relays programmed.
TL;DR:
After flashing in safemode restart the crio and imaging tool and flash again.

So basically now the program is fully working! And I figured someone probably cut off the power while the crio was flashing or deploying. Thanks everyone!

Original question:
Hello, my situation is that first I had problems with imaging the crio, finally I succeeded using SAFE MODE, but now, when I deploy the new project (no modified code) the jaguars and spikes don't work. I tried also switching the sidecar (the one with pwm and the dio pins). What are you suggesting? Thanks. I am using LabVIEW and windows 7 using a wired LAN cable.
Edit:
I implemented a simple compressor program, (BEGIN -> Compressor open -> Compressor set id...),(PERIODIC TASKS -> Compressor get id -> Compressor control loop(not inside a loop)),(FINISH -> Compressor get id -> Compressor close) so that's why i used the spike.
I am sure it is not a problem in the wiring because all the lights that need to flash flash, and the sidecar simply doesn't emit a signal (tested with multimeter).
I am using the driver station, and i am enabling it.

Could you do the following so we can help you:

Can you explain why you are using spikes.

Post your code so we can look at it.

Post a picture of your electrical wiring so we can examine it.

Are you using the driver station?
