First Choice LED Ring

Hey I was wondering, how do you wire up the fc14-060 LED Ring that was part of FIRST Choice? I thought you would just wire it straight in line with the camera to the power distribution board but I'm not quite sure.

Being 12V, you could go straight to one of the 30A max outputs on the PD board, and use maybe a 5A breaker. This is always on though.

Better is to be able to turn it on and off via software when you need it. To do that, connect the LED ring to the output of a Spike relay, and have software control turning the Spike on and off.

What we did was disconnect the wires on it and replace it with a thicker wire. Then just ran to Spike and from Spike to DB.
