Are you trying to install the FRC updates before installing this year's LabVIEW 2013? Or trying to install FRC updates on top of last year's LabVIEW?

I havv already downloaded the 2013 Labview. The image is the Frc 2014 Update Suite

From where did you download LabVIEW 2013? Is there a reason you didn't use the copy that came in the Kit of Parts?

No I used the DVD in the kit of parts. The other download was to make the original Labview change to the FRC version. That could only be found at the national instruments website.

I think that it's asking for device drivers for any NI hardware you have installed in your computer. You probably don't have any, so you probably want to "Decline" support.

But if I decline, then the download fails and I can't get the
FRC version of Labview.

Did you unzip the update into a folder before running the setup.exe program, or did you just run setup.exe from inside the compressed archive? Trying to install from inside a .zip file rarely works.

What if I downloaded a NI device driver and then tried to run the set up again?

You may have better luck getting support for installation problems directly from NI. http://www.ni.com/frc
