Hi, Welcome to Chief Delphi.
Any cylinder is allowed as long as it follows the pneumatic section of the manual, section 4.10. (http://frc-manual.usfirst.org/viewItem/3#4)

Should be depending on the cylinders. Read R-74 thru R-90 to be sure.

R77 in particular details which pneumatic components are allowed. If a component is not mentioned, it is not allowed.
