How to use ultrasonic rangefinder in labview

I can't find the ultrasonic rangefinder when I right click on Labview

There are several examples for several different types of ultrasonic sensors. Have you looked in the example finder?

For starters, what does "right click on Labview" mean? Why would you expect to see an ultrasonic rangefinder when you do it?
