NI9472 issue

Our NI9472 pneumatic card is reading 12 volts along all relay connections. We cannot get it to go down to zero in order to fire the piston. Any ideas as to why this is happening? Thanks. :confused:

Can you post a picture of how you have things connected/wired?

Never mind, we discovered the card had gone bad. Thank You anyways.
