The primary change is that RobotPy now writes the WPILib library version number out to a file so that the driver station picks it up and displays it.
Note that the version number is the WPILib version number "r3876-33-g8f12236", which is based on the WPILib SVN revision. This behavior is different from the C++ library, which outputs "C++ 2014 Update 0" to the same file.
