How are you trying to use the camera? If you are trying to communicate back to the dashboard, be sure to set the camera's IP address to 10.te.am.11. Make an FRC account with password of FRC. Turn on anonymous viewing. Then launch both the dashboard and the driver station. The DS needs to be setup with your team's number -- this is how the dashboard determines the camera IP address.

What do you expect it to do? Telling us it "works" isn't enough information.
Please clarify what you mean by "in the CRio". Are you connecting the camera by an ethernet cable to the second network port of an 8-slot cRIO? Are you connecting it to one of the ports on the D-Link router? Are you doing something other than those two options?

I tried configuring it both ways and it still didn't work

I have no clue what I did, but I was messing around on the camera settings and it started working. I wish I knew what I did.
