Camera NOT Showing up in the FRC Dashboard

I set up my Axis IP camera - plugged it into my radio - and turned it on - the video feed shows up in Smart-Dashboard but not in the FRC/LABVIEW Dashboard. What do I do?

Is the DS running and connected to the cRIO?

Did you enable the video feed in the LabVIEW dashboard using the small green control near the bottom right of the gray video feed panel: http://wpilib.screenstepslive.com/s/3120/m/8559/l/92432-frc-driver-station-labview-dashboard

Have you used the tool from FIRST to configure the camera to the correct settings?

I did configure it for FRC settings but have done nothing with the button - I will try that tomorrow and post the results.
