Please read R27. It's quite clearly spelled out that NO markings other than what is allowed by R28 are permitted.

You may place logos anywhere else on the robot you have space, however.

If your logo is your team number in a font 4" tall in 1/2" stroke, colored/outlined in white, then yes.

Otherwise, no.
