I've noticed this rule, and was wondering if anyone has a good interpretation.
BUMPERS may not be articulated (specifically, R23 is assessed relative to the FRAME PERIMETER).
We want to build bumpers that are C-shaped, and "hinge" slightly at the edges so that the mounting harware can clear the robot. As long as the hinges sections are fastened to the robot, would this be valid?
