cRIO Deploy Issue

This issue popped up out of nowhere, when i go to deploy code to the robot it deploys but when i go to test it the code that is on the robot isn't the code that i deployed but a previous version of it. i use windriver and i checked the .out and it seems to be ok With the build season coming to a close im at the end of my rope, i have no idea how to even begin to diagnose let alone fix the issue.
Any help or insight that someone could provide would be greatly appreciated.

Did you select the correct file in the FIRST downloader preferences?

i think selected the right one, i selected the simplerobot.out file

Try right clicking on the project, selecting Build Options, then clicking Clean. Verify that the .out file is no longer there. Then Build the project and download the new .out file.
