I'm thinking no, because the motor inside of it isn't included in the list in the manual (http://frc-manual.usfirst.org/viewItem/3) (scroll down to 4.7).

R29 states:
The only motors and actuators permitted on 2014 FRC ROBOTS include the following:
CIM - 6
BaneBots Motors - 4
AndyMark 9015 - 4
Denso Throttle Control - 4
VEX BAG and/or mini-CIM - 4
AndyMark PG - 3
Window Motors/Door Motors/Windshield Wiper Motors/Seat Motors - 2
VEX 2-wire Motor 393 - 2
Snow Blower Motor - 1
As well as unlimited numbers of:
Electrical solenoid actuators, no greater than 1 in. stroke and rated electrical input power no greater than 10 watts (W) continuous duty at 12 volts (VDC)
Drive motors or fans that are part of a motor controller or COTS computing device
Fans included in the 2014 Kickoff Kit, FIRSTŪ Choice, or as a Talon motor controller accessory
COTS servos with a maximum power rating of 4W each at 6VDC
Per the Servo Industry,
Servo Max Power Rating = (Stall Torque) X (No Load Speed)
