Do 3D-printed components belong on the Bill of Materials? If so, is the cost simply that of the material used?

Yes, they belong on the BOM. Because they are a piece of the robot. I do not know the answer to the second question.

First answer: Yes.

Second answer: See Q&A, Q267 (https://frc-qa.usfirst.org/Question/267/how-do-you-count-the-cost-of-3d-printed-parts-on-the-robot-also-how-would-you-count-it-if-the-printer-game-from-first-choice).

Yes, everything on your robot that costs over $1 is required to be listed.

Cost of the raw material and cost of labor if it was done by someone other than a team member or a team sponsor.
