My guess would be Cold Shrink (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00HEXCD0G/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&camp=1789&creative=390957&creativeASIN=B00HEXCD0G&linkCode=as2&tag=robo0f6-20). We have used it for intakes in 2010 and 2012.
