One of my favorite Florida teams.
Can't wait to see the 'bot in person. Great work!

I really like it - unique design, cool blocker, and circular bumper. It stands out, and is simple but effective. Great work and good luck 2383!

Mecanum at swamp and swerve 2 days later... HOW?
And we will gladly throw to you guys! I don't remember a single missed catch at scrimmage (at least when we threw it).

Your robot looks really good!
I may be wrong but I believe that your bumpers are not completely legal.
R19
ROBOTS are required to use BUMPERS to protect all outside corners of the FRAME PERIMETER. For adequate protection, at least 8 in. of BUMPER must be placed on each side of each outside corner (see Figure 4-5). If a side is shorter than 8 in., the entire side must be protected by BUMPER (see Figure 4-6). For the purposes of R19, a round or circular FRAME PERIMETER has an infinite number of corners.

All that means is that no more than 8 inches of frame perimeter can be open. They are fine.
Ah I misread the rule.

hahaha, I knew we'd get some weird responses to that xD
Our swerve was not quite ready by Saturday, so we could not use it then! We made mecanum mounts for a backup since swerve could go wrong. :)
It was great to practice with you guys too! Hopefully the passing/catching will continue in Orlando and South Florida!

Ah I misread the rule.
But since there is an "infinite number of corners" does that mean an infinite amount of sides less than 8 inches (which would need to be covered)? Hmm

Nice, unique robot design,
Only thing I would be concerned about is an entanglement hazard with that big net you have.

True, thanks for the tip. I don't think it'll be an issue, but we'll keep an eye on it.

I have no idea what to think right now. I just wanted to point that out. It may be time to get a question in the Q and A.

Haha okay, thanks for bringing it up!
