This is not a critical release of RobotPy, but it fixes more bugs in NetworkTables. The update has been tested extensively on Linux/Windows and on a cRio, but has not been tested on an operational robot yet.
If you are using pynetworktables, it is *highly* recommended that you upgrade. NetworkTables creates a new thread for each new connection, and a bug was identified that would cause the thread to never exit, causing possible resource exhaustion.
