Two balls on field of same color

Noticed Centerline is placing two balls of same color in play after autonomous. Thought only one was allowed?

Have they started qualification matches yet? Or are they in practice matches? From looking at the FRC Spyder/official event page, there aren't any matches listed, so they could just be doing that to make practice matches more beneficial for teams.
