Have any teams had issues with truss points counting before the cycle ends with the ball being shot in the goal. I saw this happen in match three of the Finals at the Israel regional causing an alliance to win who shouldn't have. But during my next period I was unable to continue watching the stream, and I just checked bluealliance and I guess they replayed the match. Was this a specific problem at any regionals?

TRUSS points generated by a BALL SCORED over the TRUSS are supposed to be counted immediately, without requiring the BALL be SCORED through a GOAL

Points are awarded once per CYCLE for BALLS SCORED by ROBOTS in the GOALS, BALLS SCORED by ROBOTS over the TRUSS, and for each ROBOT CATCH and as each objective is achieved.

3.1.4 Scoring: emphasis mine

Okay I guess I just answered my own question by checking q and a. Whoops, but i did remember watching a stream for week 1 where a truss point was not counted.
Q.[Section 3.1.4 Scoring] Must an alliance complete a cycle in order to receive Truss and Catch points?
A.No. TRUSS and CATCH points are awarded as they happen.
Thanks Whippet I checked FAQ for chief delphi and found the formatting.:)

I saw a lot of truss points not being counted at Hatboro this last weekend...

And it happened at GTRW as well.

It just proves that 5 ref's is not enough for this game.

I say at least 7 if not more with the G40 rule it almost seems like the ref's watch for a G40 more then they should IMHO.

Keep in mind, truss shots aren't counted until after the last autonomous ball has been scored and Cycle 1 has started. Which may be long after teleop has begun.

Also keep in mind that truss points must be scored by throwing towards your goal (not backwards over truss) and are only once per cycle.

Teams are taking painfully long to get a truss shot off. I am blown away that shooters are taken sooooooo long to get shots off.
