Network Tables DOC

Does anybody have any sort of documentation for FRC's NetworkTables? Apparently, the Doc wasn't included this year in the standard javadoc, and I'm not sure how to use the jar called "networktables-desktop-javadoc", located in \sunspotfrcsdk\desktop-lib\.

BTW, it's for implementing networktables in a python vision program which will run alongside the usual SmartDashboard in the driver PC (unless I get the hang of using QtPy+OpenCV, in which case I'd program a whole custom dashboard)

JAR files are basically ZIP files - if you just want to browse the javadoc, you can extract it with 7-Zip or similar and open the index.html file in a web browser.
