The video file is surprising huge compare to other ones I've seen. I have a fairly good T1 connection and it still took a while to download the 84.1mb video file of the robot balancing. I am sure there is some sort of compression to make it much smaller.
Is there any reason why the size is so big? Think of the people with 56k connection. I don't think I am wrong when I say: not many people are going to download those big files.
I suppose those smaller files will have to do.

If you don't have access to an MPEG encoder, try using the DivX codec on it. Of course, you'll need a video editor or other program to compress it with.
