Increasing camera size

How do you increase camera image size? I changed it in the settings, but in order to see a larger image I have to have a browser set up and on. How do I change size on the dashboard, or is it possible?

Sorry for the extremely late reply, I'm using the default java dashboard. SmartDashboard, is it called?
