What gear ratio and motor are you using to power your arm actuation?
Great promo! I don't think I have ever seen two teams work together any better than your promo shows. Congrats on a great season so far and best of luck at St. Louis. We are pulling for you guys and hope we can see you on Einstein.

2 Mini CIMs in a custom gearbox.
About 450:1, 3 stages in the gearbox and an final stage in the chain reduction. Tbh if I was going to do this again, I would probably gear it a little less to speed up the arm. It as more then enough torque...

Yep.... we found the first failure point if the arm is jammed up against something (accidentally crashed it into itself)...... Again if I was going to do this again, I would lower the reduction by a bit.
What an impressive robot aesthetically and functionally. Can't wait to see you guys on Archi!

The Warlords have been one of my favorite teams for a couple years now. We had great experiences with them at both regionals. Can't wait to see how they do in Archimedes! Good luck!!
