Student on team #535, G-Force, from Huntington North High School and United Technologies Electronic Controls.

Does anybody know team 380's nickname? I saw a picture posted in the gallery from them and their robot had G-Force on it. Did FIRST mess up and let two teams use the same name?

Not necessarily messed up...to be honest, I don't think they check it...they only use the team/robot names when introducing teams for a match...the "official" name(sponsor/schools) is used in the scoring system...

Yeah, Nate's right I think. As memory serves me, GRT's (192) robot is named G-Force as well (And has been for a while) - there were 2 Rambots last year - I've seen a few Bobcats on the list for this year...the list goes on and on.

A note about "G-Force" on team 380's robot... it's their team name. Not their robot's name.

As I recall, Team 192 Gunn Robotics Team have been using "G-Force" as the robot's name ever since 1999.

Hope this clear some confusion.
