I've got a pretty cool segway avatar made.....but i cant seem to get it at 20k right now it's 21.3k!!!! ahhhh!!!!!!....

The reason it couldn't get smaller is that the background wasn't purely white. GIF files compress large patches of the same color the best. Once I made the background completely white, it went down to just over 19,000 bytes.

umm i was able to shrink it to 7kb. not the best quality.
