That ONE Team in FIRST
This dialog was adapted from Abott & Costello's “Who's on first” skit. It just seemed appropriate considering my team's choice of their name. Enjoy.

Tom: Well Dave, I'm going to St. Louis with you. You know Dean Kamen, the Founder, gave me a job as announcer for as long as I want it.
Dave: Look Tom, if you're the announcer, you must know all the teams.
Tom: I certainly do.
Dave: Well you know I've never met them. So you'll have to tell me their names, and then I'll know who's playing on the alliances.
Tom: Oh, I'll tell you their names, but you know it seems to me they give these teams now-a-days very peculiar names.
Dave: You mean funny names?
Tom: Strange names, pet names...like Nuclear Launch Detected.
Dave: Then you got H.O.T.
Tom: and Exploding Bacon
Dave: And their Nemesis.
Tom: Nemesis?
Dave: Team 2590
Tom: The Nemesis, right, Well, let's see, we have on the Blue Alliance,That ONE Team inbounding, the What-Cha-Ma-Call-Its trussing and Technical Difficulties scoring...
Dave: That's what I want to find out.
Tom: I say That ONE Team inbounding, the What-Cha-Ma-Call-Its trussing and Technical Difficulties scoring...

And or all you kids out there who don't know of the "Who's on First?" skit, or perhaps not even Abbott and Costello, I very strongly urge you to spend 8 minutes of your life to watch the skit online (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kTcRRaXV-fg&feature=kp). This stuff is some of the funniest material ever performed in the history of man (not an overstatement).

This may end up being a whole summer project, just in case we don't have enough other stuff to do.:ahh:

That ONE Team plans to be around for a while! We had a blast this season, and can't wait for what's next.
