For example, late in the morning, or late at night, if i check the time it would be 8:10... Or once my school lunch account had $8.10 for the amount left.

Clocks. 8:57 is about when weekday meetings end, and I see it in the morning.
Also, I've seen 857 in lottery numbers, video games, the number of days in panel 6 of this xkcd (http://xkcd.com/695/), homework problems (especially if the team's teacher wrote it ), the decimal form of 1/7 (0.142857...)

That would be the result of the frequency illusion/"Baader-Meinhof phenomenen" (http://www.psmag.com/culture/theres-a-name-for-that-the-baader-meinhof-phenomenon-59670/) at work.
Always. It haunts me even in my dreams. I can never get away from those 2 digits in that particular order...
Yes all the time, I go to McDonald's price comes out too 716. Whenever I glance at my click it's often 716 there were many other sequences too

My team numbers are both four digit numbers that do not appear on clocks. (2771 and 4967). I see many other team numbers more frequently because the 2 and 3 digit numbers are easier to find. However, there have been times when I notice my own numbers or even sometimes numbers that are very similar.
Somewhat related, I also exclusively use FRC team numbers when punching in times for the microwave.

I don't often see my own, but I find myself looking at the clock at 11:14 almost daily.

Yeah, Simbotics time (11:14) and Bedford Express time (10:23) seem to happen a fair bit.

More than once have answers on tests been 2175 or 21.75. Also I've mis-typed things into my calculator and gotton 2175 at least 6 times.
My grandmother's house address is 1619 on her street, the same as my team. I thought it was a pretty funny coincidence.

For two years(a rather small amount to base a theory off of) McDonalds has correctly predicted the captain of the winning alliance at New York regional by giving that team their team number on a receipt during or just before the competition. Next year I plan to have as many team members as possible attend our McDonalds precompetition breakfast to ensure that we get the 694 receipt again.
Whenever I look down at my watch, I see it read 16:76. People always say something's wrong with me; I don't know what they're talking about.

Funny, so do I. Mainly because I get off of work at that time.
Now, 1197 doesn't exist as a clock time, but I've gotten it a couple times on receipts from various places, usually as the amount.

It would also seem that perhaps certain team numbers are more common than others (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Benford's_law).

You mean like twice a day? =P

My team celebrates 11:24 am or pm as some kind of holiday -- we have multiple group chats and it's become this insane spirit thing wherein we don't stop talking about/virtually chanting for our team for ten or so minutes.

Hobbypartz has 3D printer filament for 26.40...I had to buy it - even if I didn't need it!

2:25 PM, or 1425 hours always seems to come up. $14.25 also seems to come up quite often, and math problems come out to 1425 a lot.
Doesn't happen often for my team number (3061), but I ALWAYS notice school rooms 148 and 118, 254 seems to pop up everywhere, and like the guy who posted earlier, 11:14 is a strangely common time for me to look at the clock :D
254 is everywhere. I was making some dice on the mill yesterday and I glance up at the DRO, and what do I see? 2.54. On both axis.
It seems to happen a lot on the mill. 115 pops up only occasionally, however.

One of my teammates has his phone set to 24 hour time, then has an alarm go off at 3:40 every day (15:40 military time). It's a pretty common occurrence when we're in the lab after school for him to come running in saying "JACOB! LOOK AT THE TIME!"
I also always look at the clock when it's 11:14. Not even on purpose.
