I will be leading some game analysis lessons with my team and with other teams in the future. I am looking for the original versions of the rule books from the past few years. Some of the revisions had a major impact on the game, and in some cases, I would prefer that my students analyze the rules as they were written before these changes.

I am aware of the archived game documentation page (http://www.usfirst.org/roboticsprograms/frc/archived-game-documentation-and-event-results) on the usfirst website, but it would save me some trouble if I just had the original rule book instead of the updates and the revised rule book.

Thanks

We have most of the originals archived.
Any particular years?

I am looking specifically for 2010 because the method for earning seeding points changed. However, if you have them, I would love any/all since 2008.

Here are the original 2010 game rules.

Do you also happen to have the Tournament section (section 9)?

Added the Tournament section to the previous post.
Here are some (max of 5 attachments).
2009-2014 original rules are ready to hand.

However, 2008 is a little bit of a mixed bag, because we stored the original as a database.

2011 rules are too large to post, so both 2011 an 2008 will take more effort to post.

The best I can do for 2008 is this version from 6 days after Kickoff, and the two Team Updates identifying the changes made.

You can find most of the old rules here: http://firstaholics.org/competitions/

Or in the TechnoKats History Project database, for anything REALLY far back: http://www.technokats.org/history-project/

Thank you all. These will be a great resource for teaching game analysis.

I found the original 2008 game manual too (right where it was supposed to be archived), so post #8 can be disregarded.
