Serious question, I was just wondering the amount of people in FRC that do any kind of weightlifting. I personally concentrate on powerlifting. Do you guys lift recreationally, powerlift, do olympic weightlifting, strongman, physique, bodybuild?

I know quite a few mentors who do. I just started getting into it over the summer. A lot of fun and a great way to de-stress.

We cheese hole our bumpers and batteries. So trust me, it's 120lbs. ;)
(Please don't take that seriously)

Not lifting per se, but I run and do CrossFit/TRX.

I lift in the (rugby) offseason, but I'm more interested in mobility and endurance than raw power.

That's pretty good! Are you on a specific program?

I lift in the (rugby) offseason, but I'm more interested in mobility and endurance than raw power. That's awesome and still counts as lifting!

i lift on a regular basis. a strong mind and strong body are key to a good day! I make sure to get as much use out of the half a million dollar weight complex my school has.

I am a competitive cyclist (road and cyclocross) and part of my training is weight lifting. Given, cyclists aren't "built" in the sense of bulk, I do a lot of endurance stuff and squats.
