here you go (http://forums.usfirst.org/showthread.php?21695-Any-ideas-regarding-the-math-puzzle-printed-on-the-mat)
It's not equal to planck's constant multiplied by the gravitational constant, though it's close enough that it might just be a typo...
h = 6.62606957 x 10^-34
G = 6.67384 × 10^-11
h x G = 4.42213281390488e-44
The board has 4.442213, not 4.42213.

Reminds me of last year's GOFIRST shirts: we had a gear filled with the digits of pi on the back, except it started with "3.3.14159..."
The same mistake will not be made twice.
