Hey CD,
I'm not a video expert at all, so I'm hoping someone here can help me out. The recording of the live feed of the Northeastern District Event is on Livestream here: http://new.livestream.com/accounts/7031031/ma-nu and I was wondering if it is possible to download these videos. I want to be able to edit them down so I can get 1058's match videos from the competition. Please let me know if you know if it is possible.

If you right click>view page source, there should be 40 matches for "mp4". The urls you're looking for are of this form (http://pdvod.new.livestream.com/events/00000000002aae79/8dc1d68f-d6b7-4342-802b-bff87319866e_678.mp4?__gda__=1417390784_3c3556944a a69370d9e2e9b52bc9ea1c). Go and find the urls for each video, and you should have what you want. A brief look at the terms of service doesn't seem to mention whether downloading is or isn't allowed.
Hope this helps.

I did this and only about 6 of the links gave me a video, which were only a match or two long. The other ones just go to the windows media player screen and say "connecting" for a long time.

That's odd. I only downloaded one, but it's about 45 minutes long and includes matches 10 through 14. Specifically, I opened the link in my browser, right-clicked save video as, and opened in QuickTime.

I was just opening it as a link in my browser without saving, so I'll try that. Thanks!
Edit: figured what I was doing wrong, I now can get all of the videos. Thank you!

So doing what you said got me all of the videos accept for the one called "northeastern day1", which is by far the longest video. None of the mp4 files seem to match up to it.
