Installling FRC C++ toolchain into eclipse

Hi, I'm getting ready for 2015.

I have installed Java, Eclipse and the FRC C++ toolchain as per this document:

Question: Do we have to install the FRC c++ toolchain into eclipse? How do we do that? I don't see any instructions in that document. The tool chain is installed to c:\frc

When the C++ plugins are installed, after kickoff, they will reference the toolchain automatically.

The plugins for the FRC specific toolchain have been released as an encrypted zip (http://first.wpi.edu/FRC/roborio/zipfile/), but you won't be able to install them until tomorrow when the password is released.
