It just occurred to me that if you have a lot of 6 high tote stacks in the scoring area, that will make it really hard to see the rest of the field.

There may be a lot of navigation by camera on the robot towards the end of the game.

This could also make throwing LITTER difficult.

My team discussed this as well. Stack on the further zone first. And if you plan on getting totes on/around the STEP, it would be a good idea to get those toward the alliance station first.

I would personally assume from previous driving experience, that teams will most likely build towards the edge of the field before building in the middle which would block vision. Also, teams that are able to build enough stacks where this would become a problem, would most likely be able to use those totes near the step to build the stacks. In other words the stacks wouldn't be blocking the vision of anything besides the other alliances beautiful bots.

I may be contradicting my original point, but the lack of vision could be a problem for coopertition stacks if alliances wait until the end of the match. If this is done early in the match, there is very little to no lack of vision.

To address the problem of seeing where litter is thrown, I honestly don't think it matters. I say this because it will be difficult to throw the littler 30 feet to score as it is, seeing as pool noodles are probably the worst game piece in the last few years to be flying across the field. Also, one would probably have to throw the litter higher than most stacks will be (except for 5-6 totes and a container) to reach the other side of the field. Finally, I would expect one to have practiced throwing the litter previously, which means not trying to come up with the best throwing technique as the competition progress. I expect there will be teams that figure out a perfect way to throw the litter, and the rest of us will catch on pretty quickly.
