I have recently installed Labview from the disk that is entitled NI software for 2015 that came in our kit. When I opened the program I was met with this[http://imgur.com/dPZG3ij] screen. I am very perplexed as this is very different from the window that the QuickStart power point shows. Does anybody know a solution to this?

Can you post a link to the QuickStart powerpoint you are referencing?

The most likely cause is that you did not install the 2015 FRC Update Suite. See http://wpilib.screenstepslive.com/s/4485/m/13503

I concur, this is indeed an important update to install as it contains all the libraries, example code, and project framework. It is a pretty quick update.
